The eighth Georgetown Festival of the Arts offers a celebration of the music of Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel and Francis Poulenc. As in previous festivals, all of which have received national recognition, une fête française will offer a series of outstanding performances by splendid musicians and fascinating lectures by impressive scholars.

 
Chorus Austin and conductor Ryan Heller will join this cast of wonderful musicians for a special choral concert on Sunday, June 3. A pre-concert lecture with Ellsworth Peterson on Heavenly Holiness, Worldly Woe, Earthy Exuberance starts at 3:15 p.m.
